Hi there! My name is Liz Haebe (She/Her/Hers), and I’m a CAPPA-certified Labor Doula. I have been working with families for almost six years, and nothing brings me greater joy than helping families bring a new little life into the world. I have always felt called towards childbirth and towards helping families. I enjoy getting to know families and meeting new ones as they make their way into this world, and I feel honored and humbled when a family has decided to let me into their most sacred of spaces.

Why work with a doula?

What does it cost?

Can we meet?

Working with a doula can help in so many ways. The mere presence of a doula is known to make labor a less stressful time, and can reduce the need for an epidural. Doulas are non-judgmental and want to support you in the birth that you want. I am, as your doula, here to cheer you on and let you know that you’re doing a great job! I will hold your hand, or put that counter pressure on your back if that’s what you need. I will empower you to make the decisions that are right for you and your family.

My rate for labor support is $1,800. I also accept OHP! If finances are an issue, we can discuss a sliding scale.

Get in touch with me and we can talk about it! If you’re interested in either having a labor doula, or postpartum, please feel free to reach out! Let’s chat and talk about our options. During this time of Covid-19, a lot of work is being done over Zoom, and I’m certainly happy to meet with you that way. It’s easy! Also, if you’re comfortable with me in your home, or perhaps at a nearby park, we can meet up in person as well. Send me an email!
